How Canny's Pricing Actually Works

Canny uses a tracked-user pricing model. Every unique person who posts, votes or comments on your feedback board counts as a tracked user. The Free plan covers 25 tracked users. Pro starts at $79/mo billed yearly or $99/mo billed monthly, and the price rises as your tracked-user count grows. Business is custom pricing.
